Sugar-free and dairy-free chocolate cake ball

This is sugar-free, dairy-free desert!
I love chocolate, but most of chocolate we can get grocery store contains lot of white sugar, and daily product. So I cook this when I feel like eating chocolate.
I always carry this chocolate cake ball to my office for my desert time!

Nutty Kabocha pumpkin

2 days ago, I found kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) at store, and I bought it.
kabocha is Japanese variety of winter squash and contains lot of beta carotene, vitamin C, vitamin B1 and B2 and more, and very tasty. (it sweet and taste like more sweet potato.)

Eho maki – Good luck Sushi (vegan style)

Lotus root teriyaki burger

Do you know this vegetable?
This vegetable is called Lotus root (“Renkon” in Japanese). This the root portion of the lotus plant. contain a lot of iron,vitamin C, fiber and is effective in treating prevention of hypertension, anemia, constipation. Also keep beautiful skin!!

Vegan White Kimchi (Non-Spicy Kimchi)

Kimchi (also spelled gimchi or kimchee) is Korean signature dish made of vegetables with lot of seasonings. It is well-known as spicy, and using lot of garlic, and fish sauce.
But this Kimchi is non-spicy and made witout garlic or fish sauce….I named Vegan white kimchi!
