black sesame spaghetti with root vegetables

I cooked tahini paste based spaghetti with root vegetables such as gobo (burdock root), renkon (lotus root), carrot. Look like Halloween color!! In Japan, I use black sesame paste for this dish, but this time, I added black sesami in tahini. Recipe is really simple.

This is another korean style pancake made from lotus root. I like texture of grated lotus root because it is like Mochi.

Lotus root teriyaki burger

Do you know this vegetable? This vegetable is called Lotus root (“Renkon” in Japanese). This the root portion of the lotus plant. contain a lot of iron,vitamin C, fiber and is effective in treating prevention of hypertension, anemia, constipation. Also keep beautiful skin!! Here is my recipe for teriyaki burger from lutus root.
