Have you ever heard “Kong guksu”? It is Noodles with soymilk-based broth, served cold and this dishes good for summer. Traditionally, we cooked soy soup from soy bean, but I cooked with soy milk which saved lot of cooking time and make easy recipe!! Here is the recipe.
