Bean paella

Bean Paella
I cook this dish long time ago, but I wanted post this recipe since think this is one of my favarite recipe.
I recommend to use 2-3 kind of bean to make it!
I use Aduki bean and chick pea for this dish. You can also use black bean, red bean, and your favorite beans.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 table spoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion minced
- 1 cup rice (wash and strain)
- A
- 1 cup cooked beans (use 2-3 kind of bean to get 1 cup such as chick pea, red bean)
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 3 table spoon green pea (use frozen or fresh)
- 1/4 red pepper
- B
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup water (if you use brown rice add 1/2-1 cup of water)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 tea spoon salt
- pepper

- In the deep pot, saute garlic in the olive oil with lower heat. Add onion and saute until light brown.
- Add rice and saute them until rice becomes transparent
- Add ingredients A and saute about 1 min. Add B and cover lids.
- After it boils, reduce heat low and cook about 15 min.
- Turn off heat and leave about 10 min
