carrot rice with Korean-style

Korean-style Carrot Rice
This is very easy dish to cook in weekday.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 carrot minced
- 1 teaspoon sesami oil
- pinch salt
- Rice 2 cup
- A
- 1/2 table spoon scallion minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- Scallion
- Korean style sauce
- 1 table spoon scallion minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 table spoon sesami
- 2 table spoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon sesami oil
- red pepper powder

- In the pan, add sesami oil, saute carrot about 1 min and add salt
- In the pot, add rice, soy sauce, 200 cup water, and Ingredients A. Cook about 10-15 min. (If you have rice cooker, cook with rice cooker)
- Mix ingredients A, and serve with them.
Eat rice with sauce!!
Even if you do not like carrot, you can eat this carrot rice with sauce.
