Korean-style Carrot Rice

This is very easy dish to cook in weekday.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 carrot minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesami oil
  • pinch salt
  • Rice 2 cup
  • A
    • 1/2 table spoon scallion minced
    • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • Scallion
  • Korean style sauce
    • 1 table spoon scallion minced
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1 table spoon sesami
    • 2 table spoon soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoon sesami oil
    • red pepper powder

recipe

  1. In the pan, add sesami oil, saute carrot about 1 min and add salt
  2. In the pot, add rice, soy sauce, 200 cup water, and Ingredients A. Cook about 10-15 min. (If you have rice cooker, cook with rice cooker)
  3. Mix ingredients A, and serve with them.

Eat rice with sauce!!
Even if you do not like carrot, you can eat this carrot rice with sauce.
