steam scallion with Nori

This is one of my husband favarite dishes. Scallion has lot of Vitamin B, carotene, calcium and mineral. It’s one of the vegitable I use almost everyday.
It takes ONLY 5 minutes to cook this dishes… very simple and easy!! Please try if you can eat scallion and nori sheet.

ingredients(serves 1)

2-3 scallion white part
1/2 tea spoon Salt
1/2 tea spoon sesami oil
1 roasted nori sheets
sesami, red pepper (as much as you like)

recipe

  1. cut scallion diagonally and put them in bowl and mixed with salt, roasted nori sheets, and sesami oil
  2. steam 3-5 min until scallion is sften.

*Note: You can buy Nori at oriental supermarket easilly.
Add sesami and red pepper if you like!!
