Colorful Tomato salad
This is my father’s favarite salad in summer time.
I cooked a lot when I was in Japan as he requested all the time.
oops, I started to get home sick……
ingredients
- 1-2 tomato thinely sliced
- 1 green bell pepper minced
- 1 onion minced
- salt, pepper
- Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrop or agave nector
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar (Apple cider)
- 1-2 tea spoon Lemon juice
- salt, pepper
recipe
- Sprinkle salt over minced onion and add water to cover ingredients until they are soften. strain and squeeze them with paper towel
- squeeze bell pepper with paper towel
- mix all ingredients for dressing
- place tomato on the bottom, then onion, bell pepper. add in dressing and chill before you serve.
