Cucumber agar agar jelly
This is also another cucumber dish.
I like to cook cucumber dish in summer time because crunchiness of cucumber make me more appetite.
This Cucumber jelly made with agar-agar as I name it, and looks so colorful.
- A
- 1 cucumber grated
- 200 ml Japanese mountain yam (Dioscorea opposita ) grated
- 1/2 spoon salt
recipe
- Combine all ingredients A
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in agar-agar. Lower heat and boil gently for 1-2minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1 (ingredients A) to the 2 (saucepan)and stir well and Remove from heat
- Place them to plastic container, cool them down. put refrigerator to jellify
- Take off jelly from container, cut them in cubes.
Serve with soy sauce and musturd (or wasabi)!
