  • 200g ginger thinly sliced
  • 300g honey
  • 500ml apple cider vinegar

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in glass jar. (please leave room temprature at least 24 hours)
  2. when you server, mix 2 tablespoon of ginger tea mix and 150 ml hot water
