When you feel cold because of air condition, ginger help to warm your body.
Ginger has been shown to stimulate circulation and the warmth it imparts to the body corrects the surface chilliness associated with colds.
Ginger is good remedy for motion sickness, and general stomach upset due to its carminative effect that helps break up and expel intestinal gas.
ingredients
- 200g ginger thinly sliced
- 300g honey
- 500ml apple cider vinegar
recipe
- Combine all ingredients and place in glass jar. (please leave room temprature at least 24 hours)
- when you server, mix 2 tablespoon of ginger tea mix and 150 ml hot water

Do you know how to keep ginger longer?
Place ginger root in glass jar and pour water like photos, and keeo refregirator. (change water everyday.)
