Yang Nyum Sauce spaghetti
Yang Nyum is the condiment *salt, sugar, vinegar, miso, sesame oil), spices (red pepper, pepper), and condiment vegetable such as garlic, ginger, scallion or combination of those.
This sauce can be used for fried rice, BBQ, anything…You can store refredge about 2 weeks, but it is better always to cook fresh sauce.
This cold noodle is good to increased my appetite in summer time! Also this is remind me of my mom’s cooking when I was kid.
Recipe is very easy!!

ingredients
- spaghetti (amound you would like to eat)
- A
- 1 cube garlic minced
- 6 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 red pepper (or gochujang)
- scallion (as much as you like!) minced
recipe
- mix all ingredients A.
- Cook spagetti and wash with cold water and drain water
- mix with sauce which you cooked 1.
