just steamed mushroom
This is very simple and easy dish…but if you like mushroom, you should try!!
You will amazed by how much shiitake mushroom is juicy.
I do not think recipe is necessary for this dish, but here is the recipe if you like.
- 8-10 shiitake mushrooms
- salt
- lime or lemon
recipe
- Trim stem ends of Shiitake Mushrooms
- in the pan, sperad shiitake mushroom, place salt on the stem on the mushroom.
- cover wirh lid cook with low heat about 7-8 minutes. DO NOT flip during the time
- When salt melt, place mushrooms on the plate. Serve with lime or lemon
POINT: Use better quality of native salt or sea salt.
