Bi Bim Bop (korean mixed vegetables with rice)
“Bi Bim Bop” is my favorite dish.
What is “Bi Bim Bop”?
Bi bim bop is popular Korean signature dish. The word “Bi Bim Bop” means “mix rice” Bi bim bap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste).
Traditinal Bi bim bap will add egg and meat, but I make vegetarian style today.
