Vegan miso ramen (soup noodle)
Posted by Ariel | Filed under Japanese, nappa, VEGETARIAN/ VEGAN
I like to have ramen (soup noodle) in winter season. It makes you warm and ramen taste really good.
What is ramen?
Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish that originated in China. Usually they cook with meat-based broth (such as pork, or chicken), and uses toppings such as sliced pork (chashu), dried seaweed (nori), green onions, etc…..
But this ramen is made by only veggie. My husband is impressed by this recipe, and he tought I used meat broth first…
Recipe is very simple too.
