You can make “Spaghetti with meat sauce meat sauce” without “Meat”!
Recipe is very simple and you can save the calorie too.
ingredients(serves 2)
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- A
- 1/4 onion minced
- 6 shiitake mushroom minced
- 1/4 red pepper cut into round slices (*you can use dried one)
- 1 cup whole tomato
- B
- 50 ml boiled soy bean chopped (*you can use can soy bean)
- 2 tablespoon of walnut chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Miso, soy sauce, pepper
- 200g (7 oz) spaghetti
- parsley
recipe
- in a sauce pan, heat olive oil and garlic over low heat. When you smell garlic, add ingredients A and saute.
- add tomato about 4-5 min, add ingredients B about 1-2 min. (all with lower heat) AND add salt, miso, soy sauce, and peppr to adjust taste
- cook spagetti to al dente, (maybe 1 min less than al dente). Do not throw away all simmering water from spatetti… add maybe 2-3 tablespoon of weater to veggie meat sauce in 2, and mix with spagetti and place them to plate nicely.
- add parsely on the top of your place!
*You can use other bean such as chickpea instead soy bean
*You can use 2 tomato instead of whole tomato..but you should heat about 7-8 min in my recipe 2.
