- mozzarella cheese(thinly-sliced)
***if you are vegan, use soy cheese mozzarella or soy cream cheese ***
- salt, pepper)
- put cherry tomato in the plate and sprinkle salt over.
- add cheese over the tomato, and sprinkle pepper,and olive oil
- put thin sliced basil over on the top
I found after slice mozzarella cheese thinly, it taste much better. Please try with this recipe.
