Spicy Dumpling

When weather is really hot and humid like now, I like to eat spicy food. This dumpling is great for this hot weather.
Also you can server this for party too.

Ingredients (served 4)

  • A
    • 1 leaf cabbage minced
    • 2 shitake mushroom minced
    • 1 inchi carrot minced
  • B
    • garlic drated
    • ginger drated
    • cumin powder
    • red chili pepper powder
    • salt
    • pepper
  • 10-14 dumpling skin
  • C
    • 1 tomato diced
    • 1/2 green pepper minced
    • 1/2 clove garlic minced
    • 1/4 teaspoon ginger minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    • cilantro minced
    • salt
    • canola oil (or olive oil)

recipe (serves 2)

  1. mix all ingredients A and B. wrap with dumpling skin and set aside
  2. spicy tomato sauce: In the pan, add canola oil, ginger, garlic and saute over a low flame. Add curry powder, tomato, green pepper, salt and saute about 2 min.Add ciantro
  3. In the bowl (#2), add chili pepper powder and Mix thoroughly with daikon. Add garlic, ginger, asian pear, and salt to taste adjustments.
  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper in the steamer, and steam 1 (dumpling) about 8 minutes.
