Spicy Dumpling

When weather is really hot and humid like now, I like to eat spicy food. This dumpling is great for this hot weather.
Also you can server this for party too.
Ingredients (served 4)
- A
- 1 leaf cabbage minced
- 2 shitake mushroom minced
- 1 inchi carrot minced
- B
- garlic drated
- ginger drated
- cumin powder
- red chili pepper powder
- salt
- pepper
- 10-14 dumpling skin
- C
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/2 green pepper minced
- 1/2 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- cilantro minced
- salt
- canola oil (or olive oil)
recipe (serves 2)
- mix all ingredients A and B. wrap with dumpling skin and set aside
- spicy tomato sauce: In the pan, add canola oil, ginger, garlic and saute over a low flame. Add curry powder, tomato, green pepper, salt and saute about 2 min.Add ciantro
- In the bowl (#2), add chili pepper powder and Mix thoroughly with daikon. Add garlic, ginger, asian pear, and salt to taste adjustments.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper in the steamer, and steam 1 (dumpling) about 8 minutes.
