I cooked this dish for appetizer.
I like daikon vegetable a lot.
Recipe is quite easy..
- 1 inches daikon (thinly-sliced)
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 inch carrot
- 1/4 piece asian pear
- 2 inches piece cucumber
- Mix ingredients A and soaked daikon in A about 30 minutes to 1 hour and drain them with paper towels. (save juice)
- Cut all ingredients into 2 inches thin strips
- Wrap 2 with Daikon from and soaked in juice 1.
