Lotus root teriyaki burger

Do you know this vegetable? This vegetable is called Lotus root (“Renkon” in Japanese). This the root portion of the lotus plant. contain a lot of iron,vitamin C, fiber and is effective in treating prevention of hypertension, anemia, constipation. Also keep beautiful skin!!
