Kimchi (also spelled gimchi or kimchee) is Korean signature dish made of vegetables with lot of seasonings. It is well-known as spicy, and using lot of garlic, and fish sauce. But this Kimchi is non-spicy and made witout garlic or fish sauce….I named Vegan white kimchi! Here is my recipe.
