Actually I am not fan of spinach, but I can eat lot of spinach with this recipe.

Chive Dumpling humburg

Chinese Chive Dumpling is my favarite dish. Wheneveer I go to dim sum restaurant, I order them.
I cannot make exactly same chive dumpling, but I found this recipe is also another chive dumpling I like.
I used Chinese chive for this dish. You can get it from most asian super market.

Oi Namul (Korean style Cucumber Salad)

I use cucumber a lot for cooking in summer season. Since cucumber lower your body heat, good for summer. It also help soothe skin irritations and reduce swelling.

Soy milk creamy stew

When I was kid, I like to have milk and cheese…but I became allergy for daily product. My husband cannot have daily product with similar reason too.

Spinach dumpling (stir-fried)

In Japan, this dishes known as “Gyoza” and lot of place serve this in ramen (noodle) restaurant.
We add log of meat, veggie, and garlic in this dumpling, but instead of meat, I used shitake mushroom.
