Spicy Dumpling

When weather is really hot and humid like now, I like to eat spicy food. This dumpling is great for this hot weather.

black sesame spaghetti with root vegetables

I cooked tahini paste based spaghetti with root vegetables such as gobo (burdock root), renkon (lotus root), carrot.
Look like Halloween color!!
In Japan, I use black sesame paste for this dish, but this time, I added black sesami in tahini.
Recipe is really simple.

Mul Kimchi (Water Kimchi / Summer White Kimchi)

kimchi is the most widely known Korean side dish which is red color with red pepper and very spicy (and strong taste).
Water Kimchi is a very satisfying dish with a cooling taste that off sets some of the spice effect of many Korean dishes.
Water kimch the best cure for a hangover!!

wasabi-flavored coleslaw salad

Soy milk creamy stew

When I was kid, I like to have milk and cheese…but I became allergy for daily product. My husband cannot have daily product with similar reason too.
So I use this stew with soy milk, but I make taste like cheese and creemy.

Vegetarian carrot dry curry

This dish is more like curry flovored fried rice than regular curry. I cooked this dish for vegetarian style, but my husband (he loves meat!) really love it!
