Yang Nyum Sauce spaghetti

Yang Nyum is the condiment *salt, sugar, vinegar, miso, sesame oil), spices (red pepper, pepper), and condiment vegetable such as garlic, ginger, scallion or combination of those.
This sauce can be used for fried rice, BBQ, anything…You can store refredge about 2 weeks, but it is better always to cook fresh sauce.

Vegetarian carrot dry curry

This dish is more like curry flovored fried rice than regular curry. I cooked this dish for vegetarian style, but my husband (he loves meat!) really love it!

Steam Scallion with Nori

This is one of my husband favarite dishes. Scallion has lot of Vitamin B, carotene, calcium and mineral. It’s one of the vegitable I use almost everyday.
It takes ONLY 5 minutes to cook this dishes… very simple and easy!! Please try if you can eat scallion and nori sheet.
