Kujolpan-Nine Section Appetizers

Filed under: -Daikon-Radish, Appetizers, KOREAN FOOD, VEGETARIAN/ VEGAN — Ariel @ 5:46 pm

What is Kujolpan?
Kujolpan is a Korean Royal court cuisine which is prepared by putting nine kinds of colorful food in a wooden bowl divided into nine sections. If you do not have wooden bowl, you can use plate instead of a bowl serving Kujolpan.

How to eat?
You eat ingredients wrapping them in a peace of radish skin dipping it in sauce.

I use radish instead of pancake in center part.

Korean people serve it on happy occasions. It looks pretty good and tidy!
